The chipotle is really the jalapeno that has been smoke dried. A lot of the heat has been taken from it, but it still has a lot of great flavor. We love to use it in our olives because it gives a good smokey flavor to the wonderful taste of the pepper and the olive. Hand stuffed with a delightful chipotle pepper, place packed in the jar.
